PT Inspeksi Sertifikasi Dan Survey Indonesia or also known as IDSurvey, was officially established on March 27, 2025, as the lead holding of BUMN survey services

The Survey Services BUMN Holding is now officially operational, following a soft launch in Bandung on Friday, December 17, 2021, with the submission of the Inbreng Act from SUCOFINDO and Surveyor Indonesia to PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero), as well as documents for changes to the articles of association of the three BUMNs by the Deputy Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) I, Pahala N.

Following the establishment of the holding, each company will operate a separate business based on its skills. Sucofindo is a market leader in the mining sector for Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services. Surveyor Indonesia will assist the government in implementing Domestic Component Level (TKDN) achievements to become a locomotive for national industrial and economic progress under the Program for Increasing the Use of Domestic Products (P3DN). Meanwhile, as the holding firm, Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia will focus on assisting the government in achieving carbon neutrality (net zero emissions/NZE) and boosting sustainable development by enhancing the implementation of green economy services.

IDSurvey began operations with the merger of three state-owned survey service companies (BKI, SUCOFINDO, and SURVEYOR INDONESIA) in order to optimize survey services in Indonesia and achieve the vision of becoming a top five leader in Asia Pacific by optimizing testing, inspection, certification, consulting services, classification, and statutes throughout Indonesia.
