1. Who May Request Public Information?
Every Indonesian citizen (WNI) or Indonesian legal entity, as defined in Republic of Indonesia Law No. 14 of 2008 on Public Information Disclosure
2. What are the Conditions for Filing a Public Information Request?
Individuals must complete a KTP proving their identity, groups must complete a power of attorney and a KTP of an authorized person, and legal entities must complete a Deed of Establishment from the Ministry of Legal Affairs and Human Rights.
3. How do I request public information?
a. Offline Services Visiting the IDSurvey Office on Jl. Yos Sudarso Kav. 38–40 Tanjung Priok Jakarta to complete the form that the Information Service Officer has provided.

b. Online Services Submit requests using the forms available on the Idsurvey.id website and follow the instructions.
4. What is the Process for Providing PPID Responses to Public Information Requests?
Public Information Responses Written Notification Requests Will Be Delivered Directly To The Applicant, Sent By Post Or Email That The User Has Registered At The Time Of Registration.
5. How Much Time Does It Take To Get Information?
Requests for information will be followed up on within 10 (ten) working days and can be extended within the next 7 (seven) working days if more consideration is required.
6. What Happens If the Applicant Is Dissatisfied With the Information Response?
Applicants can submit objections to the PPID via the Idsurvey.id website or by visiting the IDSurvey office's information service area. The Petitioner will receive a response from the PPID's superiors within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving the written objection.
7. How Much Does Obtaining Public Information Cost?
PPID IDSurvey offers public information services for free (no additional cost). In the meantime, users of public information services can prepare other electronic recording media for recording their information data or make independent copies at photocopying services located close to office buildings with the assistance of information service officers.

IDSurvey provides public information services Monday through Friday (working days) from 09.00 to 16.00 WIB.
