Classification is necessary to ensure that competent and qualified crew members load, operate, and maintain ships properly. The surveyor's report will be useful afterwards to guarantee that ship maintenance is carried out correctly until the next periodic survey meets standards.

We provide class marking certification based on confirmation of compliance with BKI construction standards in effect at the time of application. BKI offers survey services within the classification range, such as class renewal surveys, annual surveys, intermediate surveys, and docking/bottom surveys. Aside from that, surveys of propeller shafts, boilers, machinery, and other special surveys in compliance with classification standards are conducted.
