(6/2) – The Holding of BUMN survey services, IDSurvey is committed to improve human resources (HR) by presenting various credible speakers in the IDSurvey Sharing Series – Expert Talk event. Starting in 2025, IDSurvey is, again, holding a Sharing Series with the theme Leaving Legacy, Transform to Greatness as IDSurvey's effort to transform into a superior and international class company. The event, which was attended by the Deputy Minister of SOEs, Mr. Dony Oskaria, was held on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at the Ali Sadikin Ballroom at BKI Head Office, Jakarta.

On this special occasion, all IDSurvey personnel from Sabang until Merauke even to international levels can interact directly with the Deputy Minister of SOEs, Mr. Dony Oskaria. Also attended by the Board of Commissioners of IDSurvey and the Board of Directors of IDSurvey (PT BKI (Persero), PT SUCOFINDO, PT Surveyor Indonesia and IDSurvey's subsidiary companies).

> In his speech, the President Director of IDSurvey, Mr. Arisudono Soerono said that IDSurvey's performance cannot be separated from the dedication and hard work of all IDSurvey personnel, he further said "Colleagues, today we have the honor and extraordinary opportunity to be visited and hear directly from the Deputy Minister regarding leaving a legacy and transformation, which is the theme of today's sharing series in accordance with our ideals to become an international company, namely in 2029, 5 years later IDSurvey has entered the top 20 global ranks. On this occasion I would like to inform you about the performance of 2024. Colleagues, in 2024 has passed, by the grace of the Almighty God and thanks to the dedication of all our friends we achieved all the targets of the RKAP and what is even more proud is that we grew 20% in revenue, EBITDA grew 24%, and it is extraordinary much higher than history because historically we usually only grow 6% in revenue, then EBITDA grew 13%, but this year all grew above 20%, of course it can be achieved thanks to the dedication, hard work of all of our friends, thank you to all our colleagues. " 

> On the same occasion, the President Director of IDSurvey also explained the work of IDSurvey which according to him IDSurvey is present in the midst of people's daily lives without them realizing it, "Actually, IDSurvey's presence is closer to everyday life than we realize, very close to us, for example washing machines. What is the relationship between washing machines and IDSurvey? So actually, we can see that IDSurvey's role is to test all household appliances starting from washing machines, lamps, cables, fans, IDSurvey is the one who tests and ensures that these products are safe to use. Then there is energy saving certification, halal certification, factory eligibility certification, raw materials, ship eligibility certification, and IDSurvey also collaborates with government agencies to provide maps with a scale of 1:5000. That's a little of the many tasks carried out by IDSurvey. On this occasion, of course our hope is that from listening to Mr. Dony Oskaria, we will increasingly understand the importance of transformation and understand the views of the Ministry of SOEs on the role and position of IDSurvey in the long-term plan of SOEs," said Arisudono.

The sharing session which was directly delivered by the Deputy Minister of SOEs, Mr. Dony Oskaria explained the importance of a company leaving a good legacy by running the company based on a value driven organization.

> “I heard from Mr. Ari’s explanation that frankly opened our eyes that actually a corporation, we can feel its soul, so a good corporation does not need to be engineered but the feel of this company can be felt if it is run well, I applaud my friends at IDSurvey. The company has one soul, one spirit, one value, which is generally reflected in a corporation, so my friends, the transformation of BUMN that we want to do is a value-driven organization which eventually becomes a value-driven behavior, people do their work because there is a core value, there is a company essence. The company is the same as the autonomy of creatures, it moves based on values ​​just like us, if the core value is good, the behavior is also good, and it is understood by everyone in the corporation, and enters into everyday life,”

> Deputy Minister of BUMN, Mr. Dony Oskaria also explained how a company has the characteristics of a value-driven organization “Every company has values ​​but what are the characteristics? First, clearly defined core values, leadership commitment, employee alignment, customer-centric approach, sustainability and social responsibility. My message is that to sustain this we need to build a values-driven corporation, and I am very pleased that we are leaving a good legacy for this country, and some key takeaways that we can convey are ethics, purpose, and people alongside profit, build trust, loyalty and long-term success and consistency. Hopefully in the future IDSurvey will be better, and my message is that employees are happier to work, a good working environment, we are not just superiors and subordinates but we are family, take care of each other, that's the most important thing, thank you,"
