PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) held a evaluation meeting for the first semester of 2024 together with all branches and divisions related to the theme “Sustainable Growth Through Accelerated Business Transformation” held on 17-18 July 2024 at the Bhinneka Hall of PT BKI (Persero)’s Nava Building.

The meeting was attended by President Director of PT BKI (Persero), Arisudono Soerono along with the Board of Directors, VPs, and all of its Branch Heads. The implementation is a follow-up on discussing business plans for the future and assisting in making appropriate decisions for developing an operational quality management system for both class and commercial segments.

"First of all, I would like to express my appreciation for the performance of all my colleagues because in the first semester of 2024, BKI was able to exceed its plans and budget target, once again thank you for your extraordinary hard work. However, the 2024 projection target is still far from the situated target. So in this meeting, together to ensure our plan, strategies and targets so that we can meet these targets.

On this occasion, there are several projects and activities that our friends need to support. First of all, IACS is the most important thing, then geographical development, maritime cloud platform (MCP), and geospatial information. As well as strengthening research in the classification and commercial segments, as well as digital transformation through a single ERP and financial centralization so that the planned target can be achieved. By achieving this, it could be beneficial for all of us and for those at home," said Arisudono.

The meeting lasted for two days and was discussed by each branch, both commercial and class segments. It is hoped that this meeting could produce good things for all. BKI Operations Director, R Benny Susanto also expressed his appreciation that "Alhamdulillah, we were able to complete a very good session. important for all of us, because this is a form of commitment and seriousness to achieve this year's target. I say that we need to work together, if we don't, the results will not be as good as they should. Hopefully this collaboration may continue to develop, because it is the fastest strategy.
