PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) is committed to prove a positive impact on the wider community by providing social food assistance for students with disabilities in North Jakarta Region on 15-16 July 2024 in collaboration with the Indonesian Disability Institute (INDISI) & Amil Zakat National Agency.

By visiting the special schools of SLB Mawar Putih Tanjung Priok, Tanjung Priok Autism House, and SLBN 9 of North Jakarta with 200 basic food packages each being distributed accompanied by Deputy Principal for Student Affairs of SLBN 9, Mrs. Dahliani. 

Also, this event was attended by the Head of CSR Unit, Arif Bijaksana Prawira Negara and Enita Ridwan Hippy, who serves as Chairperson of the Indonesian Disability Institute, as well as Yudiono, Head of Jakarta’s Amil Zakat National Agency Program Collection Division.

This assistance was distributed to children with disabilities in the North Jakarta region.

 It is hoped that the existence of food assistance will have a positive and beneficial impact on the development for the welfare of people with disabilities.

"This basic food assistance is a form of BKI’s concern for the people in need, especially in the area around our office. Hopefully, it could help to provide enough food for the community and improve the welfare of life. BKI continues to be committed to always being present to help the community through programs that can provide benefits to the community." Said Arif Bijaksana Prawiranegara in his welcoming speech at the opening of the event.
